I THOUGHT THAT PEOPLE WERE NOT READING IT ANYWAY AS NOT MANY HAVE BEEN RESPONDING BACK...I WAS WRONG...I HAVE GOT THREE PHONE CALLS THIS WEEK ON RESIDENTS WANTING TO KNOW THE NUMBERS( ONE WAS A REALTOR!)..SO HERE YOU GO!!
THIS WEEK THE ACTIVE INVENTORY SINGLE FAMILY HOMES IS AT 225 HOMES, ABOUT 8 HOMES MORE THAN LAST WEEK
LAST YEAR ON THIS DATE THERE WERE 162 ON THE MARKET...THAT LOOKS LIKE A BIG DIFERANCE, BUT I HAVE SEEN YEARS PAST WHEN IT WAS CLOSE TO 300..SO IT IS REALY NOT THAT BAD!
THERE WERE ONLY 5 SALES THIS WEEK IN WILLOW GLEN....13 ON THE SAME WEEK LAST YEAR
THERE IS 40 CONDO/TOWNHOMES ACTIVE...IN 2007 THE NUMBER WAS 36..NOT MUCH OF A CHANGE
THE MEDIUM PRICE THIS WEEK FOR A SINGLE FAMILY HOME IS AT $828K...DOWN FROM $890K IN 2007
GOOD PROPERTIES ARE STILL SELLING IF PRICED RIGHT
